Side hustle take action now
RV update! I have my RV up for sale right now. I have it priced well to move quickly.
I’ve said it a million times on my blog. A side hustles isn’t rocket science, it’s a discipline. The more you work it the better you’ll be at it. So my advice is to sketch out a BASIC game plan and run with it, then LATER make the necessary adjustments.
In my last post I talked about how I am interested in buying smaller RVs. Specifically I’m interested in buying the B class vans. There is nothing wrong with the RV that I have now, so if you’re interested in buying a C class I still highly recommend that.
The smaller RV is fit my business plan better, there are also a few other benefits. Mainly that I’m able to park a class B vans in front of my house without my HOA freaking out. Who else hates their HOA? 🙋🏻♂️
This is definitely something you need to keep in mind if you’re interested in renting RVs. Storing these bad boys is not easy unless you have a ton of space.
So I’ve been showing my RV this week and I’m hoping that someone picks it up soon so that I can start the process of buying the class B van.
Another benefit for buying a newer van is I will target a different demographic. I’m targeting the high income individuals that want an experience. Another benefit of the smaller vans is they only fit two people. You can imagine what a family of six can do to an RV, the less people you have ravaging your RV the last chance you have of someone damaging it.
I fully expect my monthly payment for the RV to go up at least $400 per month. But the crazy thing is is that number doesn’t even matter because of how profitable this business is.
If you are interested in starting a side hustle, I highly recommend getting started today and buying an RV! Go get started today and work out the kinks later! Take action and start making that sweet side hustle nectar.
Bonus update: I actually didn’t have it rented out this last weekend so I took my family out for the first time in the RV. Ha pretty wild that it’s been booked as much as it has. We had an absolute BLAST. That being said camping in an RV is the only way to go. I’m no longer Neanderthal camping ever again, I have evolved and ascended from my previous form. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it. Go rent an RV on your next family trip.
